I’ve lost 5 pounds since I started back on my exercise and watching what I eat. I could kick myself for gaining 15 pounds this summer back from what I lost, but at least I am getting back on track. I had an awesome workout at the gym today. I still need to do my 100 push up challenge and 60 situps in a minute challenge too. I plan to start doing as many squats as push ups too so I can get up to a 100 squats as well. I’ll post again when I get that done.
