Before and after pics

Okay, getting started. I’m going to try and take a picture every week or two and I will try to get some measurements today as well.

Me at around 215 I think? Honestly not sure what my weight was. I wasn’t working on my weight then, but this was the one I found.

Here’s me at 208 pounds. Really depressing. I took a full body shot so I could really see the transformation. This is when I first started working on my weight. This was taken in my basement.

October 13 – 208

November 2 – 193

November 29 -183

January 28 – 167

April 7 – 158

Wow! Your progress is amazing and very inspirational! I am working on loosing weight. I also have a goal to walk a 1/2 marathon in October 2009 (Niagara Falls). I will be adding your blog to my list. I really enjoy reading it, very motivating. Thanks for sharing your story!

maybe I’ll place some befores from a vacation 2 summers ago in swimsuit (aaargh!!!!) on my fridge along with any afters. I forget sometimes about the progress I have made.

Wow!!! What a transformation you have made as well. You look great!
Keep up the great work and positive attitude. It’s nice getting to know others and here there stories and daily blogs. It gives me motivation and inspiration that I need at times. Plus the support and knowledge you gain is priceless.
By the way I did update my pictures and thanks for that suggestion and your comments. All are greatly appreciated.

Absolutely awesome!!

You are quite the inspiration, especially to your children.

I have 5 myself, so I know how hard it is somedays to make yourself get up and put the running shoes on.

Wow, I looked over your photos again and again. They are so inspiring. I was about to give up ever thinking I could have a lean body, but looking at your photos, I’ve started to think that, yes, I could.

There is hope! I keep wondering whether or not my giant child bearing hips will change with the rest of my body. Your body is beautifully proportionate. Great job with your transformation!
